Life doesn't always go the way we want. Sometimes it just gets too much for us, and we need a break to get back on track. The reasons for seeking professional help can be very diverse. Together, we'll explore what can help you move forward. As a psychologist, I'll guide you through this process.

What can you come to me for?
You can contact me for various questions regarding issues such as stress, burnout, resilience, well-being at work, anxiety, compulsion, shocking events, relationship problems, sleep problems, worry, self-image and coping with the consequences of bullying.
Based on your request for help, we'll work in a safe and supportive environment to gain more insight and help you further. It's a search for what works for you, not a one-size-fits-all solution. We don't always have to stay in the therapy room.
Guidance is available in Dutch, English, and Spanish. Digital sessions are also available.
If you'd like, you can participate in group sessions. These are a series of five sessions focused on themes such as strengthening your resilience, managing worry, group walking coaching sessions, and dealing with anxiety. Be sure to check out the available options on the website. Group sessions are regularly announced.
Companies and other organizations can also contact me for questions and support regarding the psychosocial well-being of their employees. I offer both policy support and training (stress & resilience, conversation techniques, etc.).
